Everything is about you and you being out there, if
you don’t make yourself seen you are not there! See yourself as a brand! And
you are promoting your brand (which is you, the actor you)!
Whenever I get mean comments or people in my
surrounding are asking me stupid questions like: “why are you promoting yourself
or making short films, or recording monologues!?” I say: it’s part of being an
actor! And while I do all these things I also get more comfortable with myself
and dealing with the surroundings (the audience)!
What I mean is, do not listen to what people have to
say about you and you being “out there” focus on why you are doing it, and
remember why you started doing it in the first place!
